I have recently been getting dizzy only when I am at home. Outside I'm fine. I've lived in the same place for 6 years so it's not a new environment. Although it did happen shortly after the rainy season. I'm guessing it's related to dust or mold allergens in the air. I have cleaned my place thoroughly and it's still happening, although less in the kitchen and bathroom, but mostly so in the bed. If I wear a dust mask, it helps a lot.

      Has this happened to anyone?

My only symptom is dizziness. Occasionally a running nose but that could be from the cold winter air.
