My niece told me her friend used an acuscope to relieve his tinnitus. He is a musician I think. So, I am now on the research mode to check it out.

I will do more checking in a bit as I have other things to do right now. The following is what I found so far.

      From a blog:

Yes, I have. Actually - I had the treatment as a facial but experienced other benefits, like my tinnitus disappeared and chronic pain in my shoulder improved.

What part of the country do you live in? I'm near Chicago. Who has the equipment? Such as, what type of provider?

I found a local treatment center in my area and will try to get around to calling them about whether they have had success in treating tinnitus. Stay tuned!

It's about $150.00 per session. They told me, that they have had some very good results with Tinnitus

      Oh - good news!

I tried calling today but they were closed for lunch and I forgot to call after!

      I am in so. Calif.

Can they be more specific? Like how many treatments and if they take insurance?

I spoke to a receptionist at my local area wellness center which has the acuscope. I was offered an appointment for right away. I explained that I am having success a different way, but was just inquiring for a forum. She said they have had good results with tinnitus sufferers, but the doctor would have to examine each person before treatment.

She didn't have any more information and said she would have the company look into providing testimonies and more information to their website.

It sounded to me like it only took a few sessions or less.

There is a chiropractor in my local area who uses acuscope --- probably for conditions other than tinnitus. If I have a chance, I'll call to see what they have to say regarding tinnitus treatment.

Great!!! I can't wait to hear about it!

If they haven't used it for T, perhaps they can call the office I called and find out how they are using it for successes!

I see they listed the company I talked to.

All I know is that my niece knew of someone who was cleared of T with this method. She didn't remember how many treatments it took.

Each T symptom must be treated with the correct treatment. You would not get surgery for a candida overgrowth that caused T.... or an ear infection.

I am surprised Joe that they allowed that person to remain - they usually dump the whole post and member for that kind of post. They hate marketers or the appearance of one. You are not allow to recommend. But thanks for the link. Good to see people learning new technology and that it's getting exposure. Perhaps insurance could cover the cost.

      Calin, Karen,
I have to be honest, I wouldn't go with something unless theres a Clinical Trial, that has results, this therapy doesn't come cheap, its unlikely that your Medical Insurance will cover it, but if you're sold on it give it a try and let us all know how you get on. fingers crossed it works for you.

Well Joe, there were clinical trials on my metoprolol and it probably is the reason I have T today. Also, there is not a 100% guarantee on allopathic medicines and treatments either. In fact, most cause serious issues with the body later on that more medicine is needed for those issues. The BP meds gave me side effects without doing what it said it was supposed to do. Millions of dollars spent for a bad medicine. How many more can we count? Ah.... hundreds. The big boys in the phama industry make it hard for natural and safe remedies to reach the market.

Here is one example - listen carefully to the ending....

I think he has some more booked lets hope they can give him part of his money back???
