Hello from Melbourne

Howdy! Have tinnitus and even though it's ~14k and unmaskable I no longer suffer with it. I'm sure that an approx 15 year journey has a lot to do with that. I joined this forum because it seems to be very friendly, nobody has agenda's and there are members from many countries. Hope I can add something positive to the discussions. Should add that I'm habituated to my tinnitus but I hear it as much as I ever did and the process of habituation is an ongoing event. I have good days and I have some bad days. Magpie

Actually I really needed to hear a story like yours today - my T is in the loud side and I can feel my anxiety rising. Thanks for sharing!
