   Yes, I've tried Natural Calm. It is really soothing, and may help you with sleep. If you decide to try it, be sure to take the lowest recommended dose, as it can cause bowel problems if you take too much too soon! Natural Calm is, I believe, magnesium citrate. There are other forms of magnesium that you may wish to try if this one doesn't work for you.

   I know this is an old thread but has anyone else had success with Natural Calm for their tinnitus. Or for insomnia partially caused by tinnitus?
