Newbie to the Forum

      Hi, just joined this forum. good to know im not alone with this. Ive had T for years, scans and checks have all been clear. My tinnitus is a loud constant never ending whistle and in a quiet room the silence is deafening!. I also have 30% hearing loss so the consultant has fitted me with hearing aids. they make no difference to tinnitus sadly. I have learned to live with it, but it is difficult to ignore it sometimes. Any tips would be appreciated thanks
