Right Ear Only

I have had a loud ring in my right ear for about 2 weeks now. I was noticing some symptoms autophony prior with the same ear. I have had very high levels of anxiety my who life, but it fells like when I speak there is a vibration in my right ear. No allergies or wax build up. Certain frequencies seem to bother me more. I can tune it out mostly with t.v and fan, at night it bothers my, definitely can't read or relax like before As I type this out I'm speaking out loud and hearing my right ear vibrate my words. Obviously going to doctor tomorrow. Just wondering if anybody has had a similar symptom? Thanks chris

 

is there anything that you can identify could cause your tinnitus? is it more of pulastile type or not?

 

It's definitely not pulsating. It's the steady buzz. Definitely strong in right ear. Left ear is pretty much normal, but can figure out if my mind is playing ticks on me. I've done lots of tests with covering one ear and then the other ear. It is very loud in right ear, definitely. My appointment is not until next Tuesday Unfortunelty.

I'm really hoping it's high levels of anxiety of post acute withdrawl symptom ( paws ) from about 10 years of substance abuse ( marijuana & Caffiene )

I just want to make sure it's not my hearing, tumor, onset to ms or anything terminal. It's scary. Does everybody get an MRI and ct scan to relieve that anxiety and stress when experiencing strong T??
