Thank God: A Day Of Quietness

For the first time in over a week I am at 1-2 instead of a 10+ on a 1-10 scale. I am not saying I am cured but I am grateful to have, as of now 8 hours of peace. At least I know there will be good days. I sure needed this break.

I did not do anything different last night or today. I had to tell someone...

Thank you calin, I really appreciate the Woo Hoo's. 14 hours now and still 1-2 Getting ready to go to bed, can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. I wish other that have 10+ 24/7 could get at least a break like I have.If it comes back tomorrow, at least I can think of how wonderful it was today, and maybe get another break soon...

 

Fantastic news Gary, and thanks for telling us. You should know that others will read your post and gain some confidence (perhaps even a realization) that they too will have better days.

 

I sure hope I can help in any way possible. Interesting though, I do keep a log of my noise levels for each day, but have not made any side notes. I am going to start doing that though. I did notice yesterday when I was at a 1-2 and today 1-2 my allergies/sinus not sure which, are causing my nose to run a lot. When this happened before, I took a Clairaton allergy pill and when it dryied up my nasal passages the T got worse Hmmmm. Going to watch this closely and see if there is any corralation between the T and my runny nose. I know it sounds crazy but so is this T

Glad to hear it Gary. I know I was so relieved when my ringing went back to baseline after being insanely loud due to allergies in September.

My advice ,burn the log Do not track your T , its pointless and in fact not a good idea.

 

Pointless for you maybe. When I look back in my log on a bad day, and see days like the one in the old post it really helps me get through the rough days. Keeping a log, for me is a very useful tool. For you perhaps not, and that is fine. I do what works for me....

 

That's a massive reduction! Did you do anything different which could cause such a change?

 

Hey Danny, no, I did not do a thing different, sleep, food, drink, nothing. Since I first posted this two years ago up to the present, I get days like this 2-3 time a month.

 

Ah, ok. Well I hope in 5-10 years it's like this everyday with the new treatments coming out.
