The Sounds of Tinnitus

I'm new here. So glad I found this sight. My question is I hear the sound of someone tapping on symbols its intermittent have had for 15 years thought it went away 1 ago no such luck does any out there hear other sounds ?? Even after all these years it still causes anxiety and depression there is no masking it. Uhg I hate it!!

 

I notice when i have fleeting tinnitus that most of the time everytime it happens its a different noise and level.. Sometimes im like oh well this noise isnt so bad then ill get one thats really annoying and be like oh god go away! How much do you experience the intermittent T like for 4 hours a day? Or is it like every other minute
