Waking up in the middle of the night

Why can't I sleep like I used to before t ? Every morning around 5 am I wake up...even though I took melotonin?

 

I've been waking up lately. About 1.5 hours after I fall asleep, and my tinnitus seems loud. Then I fall back asleep and in the morning it's much less.

I suppose it may be the T waking me up. Not much I can do about it. I try not to get upset, and I usually fall back asleep. I've had T since March of 2013, and except for the first six weeks I've had many nights that I have slept through.
