      Cause of Tinnitus:
Loud gig/year of loud headphone usage.
Ok so we've established that my Tinnitus is A:probably temporary B:Mild C:No reason for me to be worried.
That's all fine and dandy but I can't help but get agitated at times by my "Sound Sensitivity".
It's weird and I have no idea what is causing it or what it even is.
Can't be ear recruitment cause that means I would hear quite loudly, might be a form of hyperacusis who knows...
Most people here seem to have had it when theirs began.
I'm really annoyed by it as it's stupid quite frankly this whole Tinnitus after 2 gigs ordeal is really really stupid.
The sound sensitivity seems to have certain qualities if you will.
1.) I can make my ears not ring if I move around I'm not sure what this means really but if I'm sitting straight and my ears are ringing and I bend to the left side it stops but it's completely random
2.) It can be very mild-mild-loud, most of the times its mild, the very mild moments are great and the loud moments make me do things such as coming here and posting like I am right now
3.) It's sometimes takes a while for it to develop for some things.
My PC making my ears ring took a day or two, but the school PC making my ears ring took a week or two, while some ungodly thing at where I was getting KFC yesterday was a loud ring.
I'm not sure but I ream somewhere that people can be sensitive to magnetic waves or something? but I don't see why this would only start after Tinnitus, or maybe its all just stupid.
While you don't believe in Tinnitus being reactive you have to realise that indeed there are things that agitate one's Tinnitus.
I don't have "Reactive Tinnitus" nor do I have winding up or kindling Tinnitus whatever that is.
I probably have some hyperacusis as I am bothered by tones of the higher pitch if you will.
But I have also developed a somewhat weird bass thing where some low sounds are louder than they were before.
You told me that I should take a hard long look at what's bothering me about my Tinnitus and here it stands ever so present and annoying the living hell out of me, believe me if it weren't for this sound sensitivity bull I wouldn't even be here.
I don't care about my Tinnitus, I sleep in total silence, I read in silence and I most certainly don't mind some air sounds.
What bothers me is that instead of just having everyday sounds and some hiss I have this stupid thing.
My ears ring from my PC,TV,Fridge my ears also make some sounds louder and this is all highly annoying and when I think about how I got this stupid condition.
Lets just stop here, do you have any idea what this could be,will it go or not, what I can do to reduce it,why are now low sounds a bit louder than they were before 4 days ago.
It's just stupid how my PC produces 10 sounds 8 of which are bullshit Tinnitus sounds I could have gone without.

      ............

      No.

      Nobody does.

I do not mean to be harsh, but that is the reality.
