      Hello, I read your thread about your spike and improvement. I'm currently in a pretty bad spot with a spike since Thursday night which so far has made no sign of diminishing.. (My college graduation was last week, wore ear protection for the main loud event and had no ear/T signs at all until Thursday night..)
