9 Months in an Update

So I'm about 9 months into my whole tinnitus and hyperacusis thing.

Things really don't seem that loud anymore. There is also less pain associated with it. However, I was borrowing someone's car last week and they didn't tell me the alarm sets when you lock it so I got blasted with an alarm. The left ear was fine, but I felt pressure in the right.

However, I don't know if what I have now is considered hyperacusis still or maybe some type of misophonia or TTS, whatever the acronym is.
