Chinese Herbalist

Has anyone had any success with visiting a Chinese Herbalist for diagnosis and treatment?

 

I have seen a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner for four years now. I receive both acupuncture and herbal treatments. I started seeing him for different health reasons, and those are now mostly under control, but when the tinnitus began, he modified the treatment to include treatment for this. I have noticed that it does seem to help reduce the frequency of tinnitus attacks for me when we work on this. In TCM, not everyone has the same cause for their tinnitus so the treatment varies by person.

also I should mention I'm crapposting in this thread because no herb regardless of it being Chinese, Japanese Mexican, Itallian icelandic or from Poland has any effect on tinnitus according to the current scientific consensus

 

So you don't have constant tinnitus?

 

I wouldn't fall for snake oil. No herbal treatment has helped with my tinnitus and I've taken a lot of supplements in my lifetime. I wish it could work, but nada.
