Exposure to Noise

I was with the chiropractor today and was laying on the table, you know those fitnesstables where you can adjust the height for your head.

My head was resting in the table when the chiropractor adjusted the height, the noise that made was pretty loud right next to my ear, you know the metal clicking sound, tacktacktack, it was only 2 or 3 seconds but loud and very close to my ear.

So instead of feeling relaxed i walked out totally stressed, could this cause an increase in my T ?

Prolly just paranoid again, i get that lately with every louder sounds.
