I Finally Get Out of Hell

I decided to write my short experience with T. There is a month my thoughts were distorted.I thought I could never live. Moreover, I wanted to die.
T is a horrible disease. More attacking the ear, it attacks the mind. But it does not kill. So we must live with.
I got lost for five months. Anger, sucidaires thoughts, depression, insomnia. I stressed a natural but relatively quiet.I lost my semester in college because of my anxiety attacks.
But I decided that T was not going to take over. I decided to volunteer, to spend time with my family, to live again.
If you are the first of your tinnitus, get out - paying attention to the noise. But moving! I regret not having done so. Others help to live.
I live again. Allthough at the end of six months tinnitus is still there, still going strong.It has one life after all.Thank you all success stories, your support.

When I do not feel well, I read and reread history,
One of the friends was my mother is deaf and tinnitus, my grandfather was a T, and many other people I know.

@Lena Know what ?! I also went through the same feelings like frustration,depression and anger and still go through them everyday ,no matter ,how hard I try to be strong . I'm still a student and have tinnitus for nearly 3 years now and still ,It's so freaking hard to study ! I haven't even have had a proper sleep in the last three years ! Sometimes ,I just don't know what to do ,I just become so stressed... I feel like there's nothing left in life , but then I pull myself back in studies ,because I know it is the thing that can make my future better ..

 

I'm a fan of Robert Pattinson too.

I am a newbie here struggling to get through this. Two weeks in and reading stores of hope. Not sure if you are still checking on this thread since it is several months old but thought the R Pattinson fans would like to know that his fiancé has tinnitus. She has had it for 4 years. I know this only because I just read an interview she gave recently.
