      Hello everybody,

Im a 23 ytest, old male from the Netherlands. I suffer from Tinnitus sinds the end of february this year. Since then I faced ups and downs in dialy life. Ill try to explain my story as explicit as I can, how it occured and I would like to know your advice on some treatments or ways to cope with it, because sometimes I really feel like ending my life.

It all started by the end of february this year. I was planning on going to bed, but for some reason I felt like doing some bench presses before I went to bed. I did not really pay attention to my body posture when doing the exercises and might have overstretched some muscles, because I felt tired and could barely lift the weights. Soon after the exercise I went to bed and suddenly felt a sharp pain(while laying in bed) , located some where above my right sleep, which lasted like a minute or so I think. However I noticed this pain a few times before when sitting behind my computer if I remember well. So it was not the first time it occured. However soon after that, my ear popped and I had this "normal tinnitus" which last for like a few seconds or so. After the sound dropped I noticed that there was still a very low woosh (Dunno if it is the right word) which didnt go away. I didnt give a damn at that time, so I just went to sleep and didnt notice the sound in the early morning either if I remember correct. I just did my regular routine and went to school, while listening to some music ( I never really put the volume up loud). During class I didnt notice a sound in my ears, and it was quiet because we had an exam. Maybe I was too focused to even hear it. Anyways I didnt listen to music on the way back home if im correct and didnt notice anything untill later that evening when my mom said something about a brain tumor and all of a sudden I felt really tenced and noticed the sound in my ears again, I think it was my right ear only. I went to bed hoping that it would go away. It wasnt really loud back then, but for some reason I had the idea that I could kind off feel the sound going through my head, because it fluctuated a little bit in frequency. Because this is going to take way too long ill short it down a little bit.

The next days I felt horrible and had the idea that it was getting worse, while I didnt do anything unusual, apart from feeling very tenced. I went to the doctor and I had a earwax blockage in my right ear. They cleaned both ears and I actually had the feeling that it was getting better. The days after that I felt less tenced and noticed that the sound changed a little. However as it seemed to return I got more and more tenced and started to freak out. I made a new apppointment and my ear drums looked perfect. I had to do a sound check which was perfect as well. They redirected me to an ENT for a more extensive sound test, which turned out to be fine as well. At the time I noticed some poppin in my ears and also a strange sound, like there was sand in my ears, when I moved my jaw. In the mean time I think ive had some more of these sharp pains above my sleeps and this time even on the left side. I had never had this kind of pain before, I mean I didnt feel like a usual headache. Anyways the doctor told me the poppin is usually due to the eustachius tube and she prescibed me some avamys nosespray on my advice, because at first she told me to deal with it. If it didnt work i had to come back where her final words. But she said there was not much they could do and I didnt really feel understood, cuz she barely listened op my symptoms. My eardrums also seemed perfect back then.

I used the nosespray for a week but didnt notice any difference. The only thing i noticed was the variation of the sound each day. I Googled a lot to do research for my own because I felt misunderstood by my surroundings. As it is kinda late here already, I cannot really remember what I did bewegen the apppointment with the ENT and my next step. Im currently going to an osteopat. And the thing I noticed was that she can influence my tinnitus.

The first treatment was a check up and me explaining my symptoms. She noticed a chain of blockages througout my left side of the body. Especially in my jaw and neck. After the second treatment I really noticed a difference. The first two days were terrible after the treatment, but that is normal. I noticed that my muscles around my neck/head and jaw were all sore and tenced after a treatment and that the sound increased a lot during those two days, which means it could be influenced. However the days after that, the sound changed and was more a rustle, during the two weeks between the second and third treatment I felt pretty good and had the idea that it was improving. I barely noticed it during the day, only when I focused on it and only header it a nite. However this time it seemed to be coming from the left side instead of the right..... Anyways, I managed to fall asleep pretty easily as I had good hope for further treatments. Nevertheless, the third treatment ended up in a disaster as she focused a lot on my jaw and neck which resulted in sore and snapping muscles of my jaw. Also there was a lot of tension on the muscles in my neck, rite below my ear. The two weeks after that the tension didnt go away and the sound was pretty bad at some times. I could even feel it going through my head. Also I had some frequent "normal tinnitus sounds" meaning that the sound changed a to a high Pitch for a few seconds. One day between treatment 3 and 4 I felt the sharp pain in my head again, this time on the left side. I gave myself a head massage on the particular spot in order to remove the pain. But this resulted in a terrible and painful tinnitus which i could feel going through my head and was really bad. I couldnt sleep and the day after I went back to the doctor, which like really didnt give a shit that I was crying and she adviced me to listen to music..... But the sound was so painful that I couldnt even watch tv. Also she noticed that my left eardrums was a little bit subdued. Her explanation was that it was because of the tenced muscles around my jaw/neck. I went to the osteopat that day because I couldnt take it anymore and she noticed right away that a few things werent correct, with my neck /back. This was last friday and I must admit that after the treatment last friday things seem to have improved a little. There is a less tension around my jaw /neck and the T is a rustle. However sometimes its very loud ive to go back friday for the next treatment. However below I will sum up the symptoms ive noticed, because I might have forgot to mention some.

      Symptoms:

      - sound is way lower when i wake up
      - it fluctuates a lot during the day
-poppin ears, when moving neck /swallowing/ moving jaw
      - can influence the sound when moving jaw/clinching teeth/opening mouth/moving neck/pressing on neck/jaw etc and even when moving eyes very tenced
      - sound seems to be louder on left side and continuesly flutuating on that side (perhaps due to the subdued eardrum on that side)
      - I noticed that when I sleep on my side or slept in an uncomfortable position the sound increases or kind of hurts, i. E. I can feel it some how.
      - stinging pains in my ears at times, as of now especially left.
      - sound seems to increased when muscles around jaw and neck are tensed
-sometimes I feel pressure in my ear
-during the day, at time when i close my ears i can hear my blood pumping, but at other times of the day i only hear the rustle or a mixture of both
      - burning feeling in my ears
-at times a sharp pain above my sleep or ear

As of now Im going to end my story here, because im too tired to continu. Please feel free to comment and react on what you think of my story and if you have any suggestions. According to my opinion it seems like I ruined something with the bench presses as I noticed it since then, because i didnt listen to music that often and never went out or go to a concert. Im going to make a new apppointment with the ENT tomorrow as I feel like the left ear is not like it should be and because the doctor said that the eardrum was subdued on that side. This also explains why the sound is a lot higher at times. Thanks for reading my story, it is not the well structured due to my lack of english. When i read the symptoms i find them very confusing and vague and im still trying to figure out what may cause some of them...

      Cheers

I just want to add something I noticed througout most of the proces. When this all started I noticed I had difficulties with watchin tv in a comfortable manner. Not specifically because of the sound, but because my neck starts to tense up after a while. As of now, I barely slept tonight, because Im too focused on trying to resolve the issue, reading stuff and thinking about my issues. I noticed that the sound changed again from a hizz to a more sharp painful sound and that the muscles below my ear feel very tensed atm.

In one way I perhaps should try to accept it, but on the other hand I just cant and feel that there is something not quiet right with my neck or jaw or whatever. Because I mean, even though if there was a sound in my ear, that shouldnt mean that I cannot properly sit and watch tv, because my neck gets all tensed up. At times like this it is also barely unmaskable. Kind off the same feeling I got when my osteopat stimulates these muscles after a treatment and they all feel very sore and tensed.

As Im new on this forum and don't really know how active people post on here, i will wait for a reply. But Im just wondering how you guys interpret my story and if it actually could be the case that there is something not quiet well with my neck and that this can indeed cause the sound.

As for now Ill stick with the osteopat, but Im looking for alternative methods like accupuncture. Btw, how bad is a MRI? I want to get one as well because perhaps they might find something on there, but ive read that the noise it makes may increase your tinnitus?

Hope to hear from someone soon.

Sounds like TMJ and neck muscle spasms could be the cause. Some people think the Tensor tympani muscle that is in spasm can cause Tinnitus. I'm seeing a TMJ specialist right now and he has help the jaw and neck pain a liitle bit however the tinnitus has not gone away yet. He fitted me with a mouth orthodic to correct the jaw (bite) and he is and doing weekly treatments of dry needles on inside of mouth muscle (buccinator?) and electrical stimulation of the Masseter mucles and trapezius for 30 minutes. So far it has relaxed the muscles of my jaw and neck but unfortunately the ringing has not gone away but I'm hopeful continued treatment will help.

Thanks for your reply! Good to hear that you found treatment and that it has helped at least something with relaxing your muscles. Hopefully it will also remove or at least decrease your T.

Between treatment 2 and 3 with my osteopat my neck and jaw muscles were less tensed which definitly decreased my T and I barely noticed it througout the day back then for like 2 weeks. For the TMJ part, Im not sure if a blockage of the left jaw is related to that. But my joints seemed to be Ok, because I had my dentist make a xray. However my osteopat told me the blockage she noticed was muscle or tissue related..

Today I felt horrible and cried most of the day. I made a new apppointment with a new ENT, because I didnt like my previous one. Besides that Im seeing an acupuncturist/manual therapist (or whatever the name may b). Hopefully this might bring some solutions, because sometimes it feels like midgets r pulling my neck and the T fluctuates heavily througout the day.

Cheers and more replies r more than welcome :)

      Hi

Im sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time.

Im having those symptoms as well and Im heading to a specialized ear lab where they will do extensive testing.
Also Ill have MRI or CT or both of left and right jaw and my back.

      So far I have seen:
      2 ENTs
      4 neurologists
      Countless doctors

Ive had MRI and CT of my head, both came out clear, except they found a negative density in my left occipital condyle probably caused by a lipom and they said its probably not related to T and the pain Im experiencing.

I have also experienced a weird pain in my jaw, like a feeling of a tight upper jaw.

Our symptoms might not have the same cause, but I will let you know if they are able to figure out what this crap is!

      Best wishes!

I'm sorry for what you are experiencing; it is very difficult indeed. Don't lose heart, many of us have many of the same symptoms and have adjusted back to normal life just fine (after a while). But I must admit it was the hardest thing I've ever done and I wasn't a willing participant.

First, it appears that you have somata-sensory tinnitus originating in your neck/jaw area -- keep going to the chiropractor and work at getting all your tensed muscles loosened up (that will help).

Second, try as much as you can to relax. I know, it's extremely difficult right now because the T is driving you crazy and causing your anxiety to go through the roof. But the anxiety is causing you to tense up making your T get louder (and around and around it goes).

One of the worst things about T is its specific pathology; your auditory system is integrated with your limbic system (your emotional seed) and your central nervous system. Therefore, this extremely annoying sound automatically puts your brain in fight or flight mode (it makes you freak out) and causes your anxiety to skyrocket; which, in turn, causes your T to sound louder (and more annoying). Again, around and around it goes.

So, relaxing and accepting is the key to getting out of fight or flight mode. And, in your case it sounds like getting your neck and muscles all back in order would really help. Relaxing under these conditions is, obviously, extremely difficult. I remember when my T hit me -- I couldn't relax for anything. But take heart, in time your brain gets out of fight or flight mode and you start accepting things and the vicious cycle starts to wind down. But it takes time combined with your efforts toward relaxing.

I, too, get a very tight neck and shoulders , I have to catch myself when I start to feel stressed and concentrate on letting those muscles relax.

      Thanx for sharing!

      Prayers

      Mark

Thanks guys for all the massages. The strange thing I noticed today is that I barely hear it now. My mom gave me a lorazepam tablet last nite, which seems to make you calm down and losens up your muscles. I right away noticed a difference in tension of the muscles and in the sound. I think the effect of the pill will work out soon. But this gives me good hope, knowin that tension is one of the key factors in my case apparently. While speaking I only hear a verrrry low hss when I concentrate. Feels great to finally have a moment of silence. Anyways I will post later on tonite about how it went througout the day.

Hi, It was really a great nite to have. I almost instantly felt the sound drop and almost dissappear when the tablet started to work.

However during the day it came back. Too bad I don't have another of these tablets and my doctor is being a complete douche. I won't bother her much anymore because she won't take me serious anyways. Thinking of changing doctors anyways.

However throughout the day things seem to be fluctuating so enormously. I was at my gf yesterday and my neck was in an uncomfortable position, as the tension in my neck started to rise I all of sudden felt some kind of spike going through my head for a few seconds and I felt I was getting a headache. Sort of the same thing happened when I was laying in bed. I've noticed that "many" times before as well, when my neck was a little bit in a weird/uncomfortable position. Also most of the times when I've rest the rustle /hiss drops enormously, to go back and fluctuate a lot during the day. I also notice a lot of of activity going on around and inside my ear. Sometimes it pinches other times it tickles in my left ear, behind my eardrum it seems. Also I'm still wondering why I can't rest on the side of my head. I have to lay in a comfortable position because when I don't and wake up, my neck /jaw feels tensed and sore resulting in a painful sound which is a little different than the hiss. One other strange thing I've noticed that sometimes when I lay on my neck in a less comfortable position or so, the sound pulsates on my heart beat.

Anyways after three months I'm still trying to explain the symptoms I experience. Because according to my opinion it seems like it is tension which leads to the sound and not the sound which leads to tension.. Ok it may also influence it, but for a large extent of time of the day, I'm pulling my neck or or massaging the part below my ear/jaw.

I hope I can find a solution to this, because the symptoms next to the sound are annoying me and the change in volume throughout the day is just unreal and unexplainable. Its not like having a good a bad day, it's more like it increases throughout the day. Anyways I'll keep you guys updated if I manage to make progress.

Thanks for your support and feel free to comment and share your opinion as long as it is not negative! :)

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      ME/CFS, Dysautonomia
The heartbeat from pressing on the pillow just right is normal and I'm super OK with that. I remember that from my past from time to time.

I've noticed a new at which is definitely related to my neck and cranial dysfunction.

When I tuck my jaw down and to the right really close to my chest I hear an air rushing or whooshing sound. I think I can only do it on my right side. It must be a ligament or something.

My other T sounds may be from ear damage and some related to my neck and TMJ issues.

I've also been told I have Lyme disease which is causing my neurological paresthesias, but that is from questionable sources.

My left ear is a lower pitch sound and my right a higher pitch, but I think there are multiple sounds. I often hear a morse code or quivering sounds too.

I'm going to seek out a massage therapist who specializes in trigger points again and see if that will help my muscle pain.

I'm also seeing a dentist who specializes in TMJ issues named Dr. Stack, though I'm unsure what I will do with him. He is supposed to be good but can recommend a minor surgery, which I'm very cautious of.

Hello Sjtof, I m dutch aswell, and your story about how you feel sounds like mine. I also feel a tense neck and shoulder part. I also hear a changing in sounds when I move my head or jaw. I have no idea what came first though. It is so difficult to relax. I have the stinging pains and burning and pressure aswell. That together with the noise makes it so hard to concentrate on anything else. It feels like life has stopped. I so badly want to get used to it and live my life again. So you are seeing a osteopath? Is it still working? Does it help to relax. I m seeing a Body Stress Release practitioner, and I must say it works for the back, but it does not make the T any better. Where abouts do you live? Btw my doctor is as useless as yours .

forgot to tell you, I had an MRI done and it was torture for me. I had it done in the beginning of the T and I was a nervous wreck already, panicking all the time and full of fear. So there I went on my own , still dark outside early in the morning, in the cold, I was the first person who entered the hospital that day. The guy injected me with contrast fluid. I was on the table for about half an hour. VERY noisy. I did get a headset on with the most awful music you can imagine. so if you go, take your own music. I got Andre Hazes!!! ( hope he is not your favorite), but the sound of the machine came right through it. You can't move a finger or anything for that time. Dizzy and sick when I got of the table. Drove home. And finally home I became really ill and that lasted all day. Ears so painfull and screaming ears, and sick and headache. i wanted to die. Later I read on the internet, the fluid can give an allergic reaction, and that is what I had. No tumor, that was the "good" news. It will all go differently when you have it done I m sure. But if you really think it all comes from the neck part , I would not go for a MRI.

      Hello jacomien,

I was about to comment on your story as well, but I forgot to do so. Yesterday I had another treatment with my osteopat. I woke up with a terrible headache combined with the stinging pain. However I cannot imagine I got a brain tumor, because i don't have it too often, but it's a weird pain I'd actually only experienced around the time my T started.

Anyways, my osteopat clearly can influence my T and she is 99 procent sure it is a neck and jaw issue. This time she did only slightly massage my neck and head, but also the spots were I got the headaches. She said something about my first cervical of the neck on the left side. However she did not dare to manipulate it this time because the last time she cracked my neck I had a terrible reaction to that, which ended up in constant convulsions of the neck and jaw. Yesterday after the treatment, the T was unbearable during the day, however this is a common reaction for treatments and I have had it almost every time. Sometimes for 2 or 3 days. I ended up getting some diazepam at the first aid in order to calm down my muscles and I must admit that it lowered my T and changed it from a braking car sound to a rustle.

Throughout the day however I still feel convulsions of my neck, just below my ear, we're she said the first cervical of my neck is located. I keep massaging the spot all the time during the day and I do believe it is what causes the rustle in my left ear. I also feel it tickling at that spot from time to time. Anyways, I should stop analyzing my T 24/7, because it fluctuates so heavily throughout the day and makes me only feel more miserable if i keep paying attention to it.

As of now, I was intending to go to an acupuncturist, but I feel like I'm gonna cancel that appointment and stick with the osteopat for now . I got a new appointment with an ENT on Friday and I'll discuss what the next step should be. Anyways I was thinking about a mri, however I'm also a little scared about the noise, despite it won't be the first time in life. I've had one before when I was like 17. I'll keep you updated.

This is so weird. When I went to bed today I took half of a diazepam in order to relax and sleep. In order to mask the noise I put on some shower sound on yt, which I usually do not really do. However I went to an all you can eat Chinese restaurant this evening and I think I ate way too much. :$.

Anyways I just woke up like a 2 hours later because my stomach hurts like shit, but the strange thing is. I don't/barely even hear my T at all now, or it is like extremely low, not sure though? Wth? Maybe the masking sound made such an impression on my sleeping brain that it temporary masked it out. Anyways I'm almost scared to move, because the "almost" sound of silence feels so great for the moment. I expect it to be back sooner or later but I just wanted you guys to know. :)

      Good nite folks

      Hi jacomien,

I just woke up. As usual I can still hear a low rustle when I wake up. I got this most of the time, but during the day most often this changes back again to a somehow louder rustle. However I do think benzos can influence the sound. For me especially when I got a sore and stiff neck. Also the fact that when I got a treatment with my osteopat the sound changes dramatically for a few days in a negative way though because she manipulates my neck muscles..

I'm almost 99 procent sure my T Is due to some neck issues, which might also explain the weird stinging pains above my sleeps and the triggerpoints around my neck/head.

Anyways, I should definitly ask your doctor to get you some of those. However everyone might react different to them. I noticed when I took oxazepam that they only calmed me down a bit. Lorazepam however (only had one of those though) made me drowsy but strongly decreased the sound. And for diazepam. Well it makes me less anxious in a way but I think it also drops the sound, plus I also manage to sleep very fast with those. Hope it helps.

      :)

Hi Sjtof, I am scared taking benzo's because I read so many negative stuff about it. At the other hand I also do have a sore and stiff neck and shoulders , it all feels so tense. And I find it impossible to relax by myself somehow. I m going to a jaw fysio , second time this afternoon, and he treats my trigger point with dry needling. Like you things feel a lot worse after a treatment and it can 2 or 3 days. And these are the days that I could use one of those pills. but as I say, I don t dare somehow. I have a rustle aswell in the morning and as soon as I start doing things it gets worse and louder and more annoying and often painful.
Yours really sounds like mine. I have it 4,5 months now. Did you get those pills from your doctor?? Are you working or studying? And are you able to do all that??

      Hi there,

Indeed that's exactly how mine sounds as well. I'm still studying yes, but I kind off messed up things because I got a little depressed and because the sound sometimes like hurt really bad, like I could feel it somehow. Just focusing on one more exam I need to pass. Despite that I'm actually going to work later this afternoon and tomorrow. But I can schedule my own work and sometimes I don't do so for weeks...

My doctor didn't prescribe them, I only got like 4 of them last friday from the first aid because I couldnt stand the pain anymore after the treatment. And before that my mom used to have some of those, which she gave me once in a while. I can't be assed with my doctor anymore, because she didn't want to prescribe me such stuff last time I went there. She really pisses me off.

Anyways, I went to my dentist a month ago to make pictures of my jaw. Back then I didnt have the jaw surgeon, who happens to work there as well, for my consult.
So I made pictures with just one of the dentists of the clinic, but we couldn't see anything strange on the pictures. Nevertheless she would discus it with the jaw surgeon and contact me one month later.

However I think they forgot to do so. But my dad just came back from his checkup for his teeth and asked about the pictures of my jaw.

This time the jaw surgeon had a look at it. And he said there is something not quiet right on the pictures. Also my osteopat keeps telling me that there is something not quiet right with my left jaw. Anyways, the jaw surgeon should get in touch with me later on today, I'm wondering what he has to say. Because I notice that I can influence the sound the most when clinching my teeth.

Btw,, don't be too scared to take one of those pills. I see more people using them. Just try one of half of it and discuss it with your doctor. I would say, just give it a shot and if it doesn't work then don't take them anymore :)

Ps: if you rather want to speak in Dutch, you perhaps can add me on fb

I have very similar symptoms, which are called somatic tinnitus. There are many threads here about it and lately T research is steering more towards it. Here's something you might want to read and try out:

P.S. Do you have a poor posture and especially forward head posture? That can result in all sorts of neck, head and shoulder issues, including TMJ...

Thanks Sound wave, Ive already seen that movie though. Im like constantly doing research myself and analyzing my own tinitus. Because it is just crazy how it changes throughout the day and how one movement or massage or whatever I do can change it... People tell me to stop doing that, but I am only doing that in order to help myself and my doctors and try to give them directions where they should try to investigate...It seems that even giving the side of my head a massage can even influence the sound, if it is only temporary( the spots were I sometimes feel this pinching pain). Still doubting if I should ask for a MRI, because of the noise it makes..... I mentioned earlier that my jaw surgeon noticed something on the pictures of my jaw. Allthough I got to discuss it with him and got an appointment with him next week. Their secratary told me that however they found something, they dont think it is the cause of my T.... Their goes my positive mood again mehhhh....

Anyways I am dedicated to become one of the succes stories and motivate people, although I sometimes experience a though time myself. It is going from appointment to appointment, week in week out..Although I have only undergone one type of treatment yet...Ill continue my quest to find a solution for this and one day ill be victorious.

How hard it sometimes may be. The key is to stay POSITIVE and experience this only as a SYMPTOM and not as a permanent disease or whatever. Dont bottle it up, speak to someone if you feel you need to and try to relax as much as possible, even if you need some meds for that every once in a while..

Wow I envy you being so positive. I wish I was. I try to, but deep down it doesn't work. I went to the Body Stress Release practitioner today and both my ears are screaaaaaming. So hard to stay positive. Like you I go from appointment to appointment and I do try all kind of different treatments. I notice people get bored so I don't talk about it anymore. Btw did you message on fb? I didn't receive anything.

      Hi

Im so happy to hear you are investigating this yourself as well.

My ENT simply said "just live with it", even though I have the pain you are describing as well.

I will be investigating this "symptom" along with you.

Im scheduled up for an ear lab that is going to perform an otoacoustic emission test next month and extended audiogram, and will probably have electrocochlear imaging done. And from what my previous ENT told me, the lab were able to rule out any middle ear dysfunction as well, such as stapedius myoclonus, tonic tensor tympani syndrome and structural damage in general.

Next week I will have CT of jaw bones and my spine, maybe MRI later so they can have a closer look at the soft tissue.

Already had CT and MRI of head which came out pretty much fine.

Ive always had a tiny T @ 6khz because of noise damage in my left ear that has never really bothered, but Im telling you, this T Im experiencing now is something complete different. And like yours, it's fluctuating all day long. It has even subsided completely for a couple of hours to a day for then to return.

My guess is that this T is related to my spine or neck, as Ive experienced it a couple of times before when sitting in a car for a very long time or when I have been really tired and overworked, but it has always subsided within a few hours after I got home.

Just wanted to let you know :)

      Best wishes :)

      Hi there,

I also had a whiplash, but that was like years ago. I can remember that I also had terrible headaches back then. I couldnt even open my eyes. The stinging pain in my head sometimes is kind off comparable but less painfull to the pain experienced back then if I analyze it very quickly. I do think most of us experience T because of overreactive nervs or spasm of muscles. I read something about benzo's being helpful for somatic T. As it was in Dutch it doesnt make much sense to share it with you. However I must admit that it does help me as well, but I dont want to abuse them and only take one/or half it if I really need it or before going to sleep. But ive only been doing this recently, actually since last week :D. Previously when it hurt so bad I just tried to force myself into sleep in order to wake up more quietly the next morning. Kinda strange if you ask me. Anyways it sounds like im very optimistic and sutff like that, however ive also cried alot and do feel anxious sometimes, but I simply cant rest with the fact that this just occurs out of nothing. Especially not since I experience these unexplainable symptoms next to it.

Despite that Ive been busy on my laptop for a few hours now in a quiet room with only the noise of my laptop. And I must admit I only heard it when I paid attention to it... Anyways, I wont be repeating all the stuff again, because actually I feel like repeating my symptoms over and over makes me feel exhausted sometimes. Ill keep you updated in this thread about my progress and feel free to share any opinions or experiences :).

I have been to a chiro, and the second adjustment it actually got all better, but the third time it went really bad. Pain got unbearable. Its slightly better now, but please, think about it twice before doing neck adjustments as your doctor might be right. At least that is my experience.
