My First Post / Middle Ear Spasms

Hello my name is Michelle and I have subjective tinnitus in my left ear. Recently my right ear started twitching inside almost feels like there's something in there (there's no bugs in there) it can last for a half hour or the whole day! I don't mind the tinnitus in my left ear I got used to it the problem with the twitching is that it comes out of nowhere and it makes me jumpy sort of like if you had someone screaming boom at you when you aren't expecting it. This situation makes it almost impossible for me to sleep if I fall asleep it wakes me up and as a result I'm an emotional mess! I've tried muscle relaxers (only taken two) and it doesn't seem to help. Anyone here have any advice, experience or suffered from this too? I can really use the support since nobody understands what I'm going through.

Someone on this forum mentioned similar symptoms and she has TTTS.
I don't know if the symptoms are similar to yours but perhaps you can search the forum and there will be more advice on those threads.
My heart goes out to you. It's awful.
I too have something odd (low humming bass tones day and night) that also hurt my eardrum.
Klonopin helps me at night.
