NeuroVascular Conflict

Hello t-listeners!
I'm 41 with pulsatile T. Very high frequency in the middle of the head . I'm looking for guys with NeuroVascular conflict ( eight nerve) to find any support and possibilities to live almost normal life. All good advices will be welcome!

I realize you probably have already had several medical opinions at this point, but the above is still my suggestion.

 

Thank you for extra quick answer. Yeah, I had an opinion from a specialist. The problem is this wasn't more than I read earlier. The sentence was: "you have to live with this", so I will try to

 

Have you heard of Dr Shapiro from NYU ?? He's a great doctor ! Spent over am hour revising my exams and talking to me. I think I have pulsatile tinnitus too! Went to see him with all my exams but everything is fine , nothing to be found . Don't know where you leave but you can send him DVDs of CT scans or MRI .

I also was lucky enough to see Dr Shapiro .he was by far the best and most caring specialist I saw.he couldn't find anything unusual on my scans but at least he wanted to run some other test.but there were risk involved with such test.but I would recommend dr Shapiro to any one who has pulsatile tinnitus and wants to exhaust all options in finding a cure

 

Hey folks, I also have pt, what's your pt like? Is it there all the time? Mine sounds like the heart of a baby thru an ultrasound and sometimes I do have silence for some moments if I am very still etc. I can also feel pulsations on the pt side.... Its very strange. I have had an MRI that did defected some abnormalities however I haven't seen a neuro yet so.... I don't know how those abnormalities have anything to do with the pt...

 

hi laura89.my pt is a hissing that gets louder and faster with exercise ,jaw movement body movement ect.mine is also constant and is bilateral.but at least im able to forget about it at times when im keeping busy.thank god for some reason it doesn't bother me when sleeping. thanks billy43

 

Just wondering what your mri said? Are you also sensitive to sounds?
