Hi fellow T sufferers, I just joined after someone on the Tinnitus Sufferers Facebook group suggested I read some threads on this forum.

I've had T from about 2012 and it's getting worse and worse My ENT and Audiologist indicated that my T is most likely due to medication. I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis, Psioriatic arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Spondyloarthropathy, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue syndrome, Insomnia, High blood pressure and Major Depression. My T is in both ears and is a high pitched tone which have been increasing in intensity. I try to cope and stay positive with masking tools(apps on my phone), applying pressure to certain pressure points and the support groups.

I'm looking forward reading the various threads to obtain more knowledge and advice.
