Noise-Induced Tinnitus Success Stories That Help You Cope?

What are some noise induced success stories that help you hang on?

I have a few I've saved that I will share tonight after work.

I need a positive story success loop specifically regarding noise induced cases that I'll refer to regularly.

I know there are some online but which ones help you?

 

This one here is responses to asking if the ear fullness goes away.

 

One member whose tinnitus went away after a noise induced episode.

 

I will share mine later as well.

 

Even if your noise induced tinnitus doesn't go away, there is a greater chance it will get better in time and you won't even notice it... If your tinnitus is mild/moderate you have the best chance of healing and you will be OK (if you protect your ears).

Positivity is CRUCIAL! I hang on by a thread some days.

 

There are few ones where people experienced their tinnitus getting lower and hyperacusis getting better even after 2+ years (I am 2 years, 2 months into this myself).

What's interesting is, everyone who says theirs went away, doesn't know when it happened.

Most say it just sort of fades and one day they realize it's not there.

 

Yeah, It's makes me think about that.

It makes me wonder if there are any correlation between "forgetting" about your tinnitus and go on with your life and If because of that: your brain really ELIMINATES the tinnitus. I mean dissapear, not habituation. I don't know. I supose it's a weak theory and this cases are simply natural recovery and coincidente with "forget" or not care about tinnitus while recovery is happening.

I hope it makes sense. Sorry, I explain myself so bad.

But anyway, it's still a curious fact.

By the way, I read other succes story, this time tinnitus dissapeared three times! thanks to Lenire treatment.
