Plugged Ears

Plugged ears

Does anybody have ears that are plugged and you are constantly congested? I can't get anything out but have been to the ent several times and they say nothing is wrong. Also, I feel like when you have a head cold and your head is in the clouds. The plugged ears have been this way for must of 2 years. Help!

2 years is a long time to have plugged ears! I've had blocked ears for short periods before and suspected it to be anxiety/stress related.

What you describe with your head in the clouds, congestion etc sounds like a sinus infection, possibly related to allergies? Might be worth looking into?
