Pressure in the Right Ear — What Can It Be?

Hey,

Since I got tinnitus 4 months ago because of an exploding firecracker, I feel a pressure in my right ear, especially when I hold my nose and try to exhale through my nose => a pressure inside the ear that never went away even once since then. My tinnitus is also mainly on the right side. I'm wondering what it could be since the pressure has not changed for 4 months and how are the chances it goes away and is my tinnitus related to that pressure?

I have searched all over the internet but i can't find anything where the pressure hasn't gone away after a few weeks.

Have any of you the same problem or knows what it could be?
