Staying Home to Recover from Reactive Tinnitus — Not Sure If I’m Doing the Right Thing

      Thank you for your comments @JLH. You are new to tinnitus and this is in your favour. I suggest you print and take your time to read my articles and refer to them often. This way you will have a better understanding of noise induced tinnitus. Give it time and keep away from all types of headphones and be careful of exposure to overly loud sounds. This does not mean to wear earplugs everywhere that you go or to be afraid of normal everyday sounds, as this will not help your recovery.

      Use low level sound enrichment especially at night as explained in my posts.
