I just wanted to share this yoga posture that I recently found out:
Yoga Therapy : How to Stop Ringing Inside of...

I have T for1 1/2 year now, it is quite low and I only listen to it during nighttime and silence moments. The last 2 months though it was a lot louder without any obvious reason. I tried this yoga exercise (I started with some other exercises to help my body relax and stretch better and then ended with some minutes of this one) and at night, I saw a big difference to my T level, to my surprise! It may be a coincidence, but it might help the ear area pressure and muscle around to relax and that decreased the T level a little. It is not a cure, but lowering down a little the levels is something :)

I wanted to share it in case anybody else finds at least a little bit of relief with this.

Cool!! Thanks for sharing. I just tried it. I'm not sure if it helped, but I could really feel the blood rushing to my head.

I hope it will help you and offer a slight relief! It is a quite difficult position, so you may need to make some extra stretching before to warm up a little bit and make it in a nice way without the danger to hurt the neck. I tried some others before that, so it may be the whole exercise cycle that helped me.

edit: I saw others discussing something similar here: https://www.tinnitustalk.com/threads/yoga-inversions.8581/
It seems that some positions like this one have helped others too (temporarily at least). I will start to practice yoga more - apart from this, it helps to relax and focus more on other body parts than ears!

I'll keep at it! I watched the video and thought it looked like a really difficult position, but once I got off the chair and actually tried it, it wasn't so hard. Thanks for other link to the TT discussion.
