Since I have to live with the affliction, and I love how knowledgable everyone is on the forum, seriously you guys rock! I decided that, I need to find ways to cope. Right, firstly, I have major issues sleeping, so what is a good sleep pillow or speakers under pillow? Also, throughout the day, it gets annoying, so what's a good relaxer so I can mask the noise? Finally, neuromodulation is far too expensive and seriously, why does it cost 5 thousand? Are those headphones made of gold? So is there a way, I could produce the same experience and hopefully tinnitus reducing ability for free? I may need help with creating the sound though, as I'm not good at these tools?

I don't know anything about pillow speakers, but I used to use sounds from www.mynoise.net to mask.
Now I'm on so many drugs I fall asleep without any masking!
*edit... Prescription drugs, in case that wasn't clear haha*

Thanks for the link and advice! Sadly that's only masking, I was thinking that we need something which can produce a similar effect to

Another thing I used to do was listen to sleep hypnosis videos on youtube, they worked pretty well during the worst times.

Just wish something can reduce the volume of tinnitus.

Download a program called Audacity, you can make notched white noise or any other noise, or music you want to. Your can also make modulation track with it. I have been using it since October 2016. You have to know what frequency your Tinnitus is, otherwise you will not know where to notch the sound tracks.

First to you point in regards of Head set.

I am a Bose Fan when it comes to sound. All their HeadSets, HeadPhones and Loudspeakers are just great in terms of Bandwith. Also good for playing the ultra high noices that I need to mask my T.

The Oculus also works for me on the high pitched noises.

Indeed. Am still shocked about the price, from when I heard it a view years back.
They are also not helping themselves. If they would treat thousands of people for something around 500 gbp in total, ... than they had a much better proof of concept study to fall back to, oppose to the view rich that can afford it. (Rather have 500 gbp of a million people than 5000 of a couple view.) They certainly are not very good Business people.

Found a free of charge version today on noise dot net (which I found indirectly through this forum) and am super exited to get started with it.
