no. ginkgo can help if you have blood flow problems but if you not have then it doesn't work.

vitamin b's can help with stress .

Ginko is pretty much useless and has been tested scientifically and been proven not to work.

No. When you think about it, a multivitamin is mainly a B-complex with minerals and other vitamins added. Basically if a B-complex helped then anyone who takes a multivitamin should find relief.

I haven't heard of ginkgo helping anyone. I suppose since tinnitus can be cause by a whole host of things, it wouldn't be that surprising if someone's was caused by something a B-complex or ginkgo could help with. But that definitely seems to be rare if that's the case.

I am thinking to start gingko treatment once again and see if it helps. I took gingko+piracetem+vinpocetine a year ago for 20 days and it didn't help. I got T from a concussion to maybe its a circulation and inflammation thing for me so thought to give it a try. Anybody else thinking to give gingko a try ?

Currently, taking B12, magnesium and multivitamin and so far T is okay.

Dropped Gingko, Zinc, Omega3, Chinese Medicine, Pine Bark Extract which did not help at all.

Recently, I realised when I take Panadol it seems to lower my T but not sure as it could be coincidence.

I spoke to a T-expert and when I mentioned ginkgo they said it's pretty much useless. I even said a doctor told me to take it and they said 'I know'. They get this all the time. I did/do take ginkgo but doesn't seem to make a difference. That's not to say it won't work for others; I would take it for a month just to tick it off the 'to be tried' list.

It can work as placebo, though.

My boss gets every month or two 3-5 days episodes of tinnitus (fleeting tinnitus I believe its called) and she says that ginko helps her, but it can be coincidental just as well.

As for B, I think there have been several researches that found that B12 deficiency is common among T patients. Well, its not gonna hurt you anyway and you should have vitamin B in your body, but prefferably via vitamin rich diet and not just relying on pharmacy supplements.
