    Tinnitus Since:
    March 2016
    Cause of Tinnitus:
Subjected to fast paced discriminatory work in a factory
    Who am I?

I moved in to Finland as an international student about 10 years ago. I’m working in the IT industry at the moment. I completed my Bachelors in Finland. I’m enrolled in two master’s programme at the moment. I’m completing the Msc in Software engineering very soon, and I’m writing my thesis on mHealth technology for people living with tinnitus. I’m doing my second masters in management.

    So, how I got tinnitus?

I was working partime in a factory in Helsinki, Finland until March 2016. And I was subjected to, and complained about—discriminatory, fast-paced, work environment for a long period of time, according to historical communication documents such as email I’ve. I complained about all the mental and physical injustices that I experienced to my supervisors. But, they kept on pressuring me, and stressing me with false accusations (which led in to a situation where the company was forced to fake organizational action on the managers), and more fast paced work/lifting which get me to experience symptoms of Menier’s at first: balance loss, and Tinnitus on my left ear. Before I experienced the first symptoms of prolonged Tinnitus, there has been occasions that I experienced tinnitus in the middle of my ahead, after getting subjected to fast paced and stressing working conditions in the factory. What can I say, cruel people have brought me in to this situation!

Some of the symptoms of Menier’s disappeared immediately after weeks of changing my lifestyle: avoiding meats, taking more vegetables and etc. At the moment, I’ve tinnitus on my left ear. I can sleep without any problem; I can study without any problem of concentration; and I enjoy focusing on intellectual stuffs, such as reading, as it gets me to forget my tinnitus completely.

But, now, some people—hiring a Finnish drug addict brought in all the way from the country side in to right next to where I live— are trying to hurt me because I’ve tinnitus : making consistent loud noises such as marbles on the floor, drilling, lond speakers.
