I am a biochemical researcher from Harvard Medical School, Boston. I founded the family-owned small company, Novacule, LLC through which I continue to develop new therapeutics. I used to suffer from the pain of my chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy that I succeeded to suppress with the natural supplements pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ, 10 mg) and N-acetylcysteine (NAC, 600 mg) taken twice daily. By removing the damaging free oxygen radicals, superoxide by PQQ and hydroxyl radicals by NAC the Transient Potential Receptor (TRP) ion channels their activation gets prevented. As these ion channels are also expressed on cochlear hairs we consider it likely that PQQ/NAC, both water soluble compounds when dissolved in the above proportions in water could also suppress the symptoms of tinnitus. PQQ/NAC should not be taken orally by cancer patients as antioxidants have been reported to favor the growth and spread of cancer cells. Why don't you try these ear drops and let me know about your experience? Best of luck!
