A Little Math Riddle (High School Math Background Is Fully Sufficient)

      The other day I was trying to draw a Snellen Chart, and got stuck with the letter 'Z': I couldn't figure out at what angle the pink leg has to be tilted, and how long it should be.

      It took me hours to find out. Which is all the more humiliating as this should be basic high school math.

      Nonetheless I thought it might be entertaining for others to find out what exactly (!) the length c and the angle alpha has to be.
