Seeing an ENT Tomorrow — Can They Help with Ear Twitching / Fullness? What to Ask?

Hey everyone,

After a new hearing trauma a few months back, my tinnitus worsened. Luckily I've habituated to it quite well.

However, since then my left ear can twitch and feel full when exposed to relatively loud noise (relative as in not enough to cause any damage). It passes completely (I don't feel anything at this moment) but after 3 months this twitching still happens.

I know the ENT says nothing can be done about tinnitus, but what about the twitching and fullness? What should I ask him/her to check if they say 'I don't know'?
