Suddenly Buzzing Tinnitus

I must be honest and say that i hate to be back here and feel the need to make a thread... don't get me wrong!

I finaly actually learned to accept my T. and coped with my "sound". Even better, i pretty much am sure that it's caused by some TMJ in jaw or neck and im going to a dentist to see if he can do anything..

BUT! this night, when i was about to go to sleep, i heard a buzzing which i thought was from my charger... plugged it out and found out the buzzing was coming from my ear :/ so now i had both a buzzing and ringing, which kept me from sleeping and now im here!

Actually the buzzing is gone now, but it was there for about 2 hours, and now i just can't go back to sleep because my mind is going nuts..

I know some sounds can come and go, but sometimes it's really hard imo :/

EDIT: may sound funny to some, but right now im glad i only hear a ringing.. it doesn't even frustrate me, a buzzing is way worse tbh.

 

I doubt it will come back, probably just some random spike this stuff is sooo unpredictable. I most hear a high pitched hiss right in the middle of my head.. once in a while I'll hear a high pitched ringing in one of my ears, I haven't had it last more than 5-10 minutes, I just try not to worry about it.

Just be glad its gone!

 

You're probably right Anton. But this kept me from sleeping, now im just taking a 24+ hr. day lol

I usually sleep a lot every night, so i guess it won't be a problem!

 

My ears buzz every other day. Its strange. I do suspect that it has more to do with Tmj and trigiminal nerve.
