Temp Tinnitus doesn't go away?

Been 2 weeks.

I started playing computer and I don't know it will go away. I'm kinda scared.

 

Kevin, chill and take it day by day. Don't freak out or look to the future. Just mellow out and spend some time here on TT checking it out. You are going to be OK no matter what!! Take it easy on any loud auditory inputs over the next weeks. If it stays constant, go see an ENT. You are going to be ok bro!! Been there!

 

I did see an walk in doctor. He don't know. How did you survived T for 1 year?

 

Unfortunately walk in doctors know little to nothing about tinnitus. The best they might do is look in your ear for any redness or excessive earwax. Fear and anxiety feed the beast so your best option is to try and be calm and don't subject your ears to loud noise/music. I can't remember if you said your tinnitus came after listening to loud music or if it was caused by something else. If it was due to music/noise exposure then you need to wait and hopefully your ears will readjust themselves Most tinnitus from loud music is temporary and disappears after a period of time but it is a good warning that we need to be careful and take care of our hearing.

 

I listen to loud music for 2min and got the problem.
