      Hello everyone :)

I am a sufferer of tinnitus for the last 5 years, due to a bicycle accident. At first I tried several therapies, such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy and osteopathy. But what really helped me was the use of music to put my mind of the tinnitus. Within my Bachelor-Thesis in Psychology (Innsbruck, Austria) I am interested in whether music can also help others to cope with their ear ringing. Do you have a permanent or recurring tinnitus for at least three months? Then PLEASE help me and participate in my survey!

As a small incentive: After the musicality test you will receive a personalized feedback of your musicality and in addition the tinnitus test offers you the opportunity to find out how your tinnitus affects your feelings, behavior and attitudes. I recommend the use of headphones (don't have the volume to loud!) and to carry out the survey in a quiet place. The whole survey takes about 30 to 40 minutes.

Of course, the data is collected in an anonymous form, used exclusively for research purposes.
The study is available at the following links:

Feel free to ask me questions.
I look forward to every individual participation and thank you sincerely in advance for your support!

      Kind regards,
      Alexandra :)

Thanks for posting this @Alexandra! Very interesting and fun survey.

Not to brag but I was rated as "excellent" in the musicality portion of the survey. :) (Okay, maybe a little brag.)

Just completed it - we're in the same league Mark (I should hope that I am too given that I spend a lot of my time playing with music).
