Hey y'all!! I am not sure how long I have had tinnitus but it doesn't bother me much (I mean it is annoying but I guess I have gotten used to it over time). I am suffering more severe symptoms from what was diagnosed as pulsatile tinnitus (that was from an ENT after an MRI last year).

I have symptoms of whooshing which can make my head feel like it is spinning and cause me to have to sit down till it passes (& I think when I am in public I must look like I am a walking drunk because I have had strangers ask me if I am ok); the pressure when it is whooshing sometimes effects my eyesight (like it goes partially black or circles of darkness); only had a few times that I thought I may pass out so far; of course effects my hearing because all I can hear is very loud whooshing; things like barometric pressure/weather (& I live in MS near the river so this is constant), sinus/allergies (chronic all my life sufferer from these 2) make the symptoms worse.

It has become debilitating to me because I can not be as active as I would like to be. Also it can happen anytime of the day but mostly while sitting & standing (only mild problems while laying down). So far I have found the pulsatile tinnitus board here, looked around a bit and found some comforting things there. Also found the whooshers site too.

Just hoping that I can find some support here to help me not feel like I am all alone in this & going crazy!!
