Well I still have just waiting to see a ent and I have tmj so it's most likely my tmj causing my tinnitus since it came out of no where Jul 16, 2014

        I have a clicking noise on my left side when I open my mouth it hurts when I eat and chew a lot and the bone is right by my ear so tmj pushes against the ear canal nerve and that leads to tinnitus and I went to the marana healthcare and she put her fingers on my bones by the ear and she said open and close like 5 times and she said u have tmj and that can cause the ringing so gonna see a tmj specialist

        Idk know if I have hearing loss or not cause I skipped the ent and just trying to get my tmj fixed cause it's causing me to have migraines and those suck badly compare to the tinnitus

      Hi Eric,

      I read your post and am in a similar situation. Im 23 have had T for nearly 8weeks and have mid/high frequency hearing loss. ENT has told me im just going to 2 to live with it but im really struggling especially with sleep. I have been refered to a hearing aid dept but am still waiting to hear from them.
      I wanted to see how your story was developing/if you have found any relief or if its gone?
