I had pulsatile tinnitus yesterday night... the whooosh, whoooshhh... pretty bad. Finally managed to get some sleep after 5 am haha

It is normal to be very stress at the beginning. Hearing issues take a long time to heal or get stable, maybe 1-2 years for T or H.
