I've never tried valerian. Saving it for that moment when nothing seems to work. Like tonight.
Plan A-valerian. Plan B-Xanax. Plan C-Mirtazapine. I don't have a plan D yet.

@aura Xanax before Mirtazapine? I would think Mirtazapine was way less risky or dangerous than Xanax

@PortugalTheMan I was taking valerian tablets for my anxiety and you do get mild withdrawal symptoms when you discontinue them.

Do valerian interact with antidepressants? I want to try it but I am on 2 antidepressants.
