Going to a birthday party...

      I was invited to dance hula at my friends grandsons 1st birthtday party. And im out side and the music is so loud. Thank God for my ear plugs.... Wish me luck....

      Your earplugs should show you that you're going to have a great time and not have to worry about your tinnitus. Being active and not letting tinnitus define you is the first step to habituation!

      Well it was a blast!! I'm so happy I brought my plugs with me, I had the front seat and there was a lion dance when the party fist began ! But I had them plugs in and ready lol.. I'm so glad I went. me and my friend did the hula and that also was a blast everyone enjoyed. Now I'm home and my T is with me but doing pretty good.. Life can continue thanks for the feed back..
