My Tinnitus... lol

Well, it turns out it could be many many reasons!
Caffeine intake?
Cigarettes?
too mujch alcohol (liver and or Kidney damage/s)
poor circulation....
Stress and / or anxiety? (muscles on from the Jaw connect close to the inner ear or something or another??
Depression....
hmmmmm, it's becoming a rather long list here!

Have a Great All, and don't let it get the better of you!!!
(mine is actually a 7500Khz constant ring and it actually relaxes me, sos long it don't get louder!!)

I feel like I'd have an easier time with 7500khz than the roughly double that I have now, but maybe that's not true.
