Good luck et a bientôt j'espère

Hey are you still taking Piracetam ? Does it still work? I was also wondering what they asked you over the phone regarding am101 on the first call they gave to you unless they did some email questions.

Maybe a few times a week, I'm running low on pills ! Taking them on a daily basis made them way less efficient also.
Concerning AM-101, I've had an encounter with an ENT (no phone call). She wanted to make sure my T was due to a trauma (acoustic, ear infection, ...) and which meds I'm using (as they want no interference). They also gave me some form I will have to read and sign.

    Tinnitus Since:
    10/2015
    Cause of Tinnitus:
    Inner ear barotrauma (diving)
    Here's a little about me :

    November 2015 :
I got my T in the left ear one day after I went scuba diving in October 2015 (20 meters). I had troubles equalizing my ears, and I overdid the Valsalva maneuver. Additionally, I got a cold later that day, don't know if it's related though.

I went to ENT a few days after. He gave me corticoids and piracetam for 10 days. They clearly lowered my T, but it still is horrible to live with this. I went back some days later to two others ENT who told me to live with it, that there was no cure. They did test my hearing but found no loss < 8khz (this does not mean my hearing is well above those 8khz, but untested).

As of today, I'm unable to say if either I'm dealing with it better or if it lowered. I have my good times (usually when I wake up) and my bad times (when stressed, active, maybe this is related to blood pressure).

My T is usually between 2 and 4, although it's noticeable in most places.

I will probably try AM-101 in the near future and post the results on TT.

    January 2015 :
I think my T is now pretty stable. Worth maybe a 3 or a 4 at some times. I did not accepted my T yet. I'm still hoping for some reduction but I begin to think that it probably won't happen. Overall I live my life as I did before. I just don't enjoy it as much.

I decided not to go with AM-101 for some reasons :
    - I applied late on the trial (less chances for it to work)
    - Tinnitus not as strong compared to when I wanted to enroll

    I wish you the best.
