        Hey it was a very long time since I last visited as I had completely habituated to the point where I'd often forget I even had tinnitus. In Feb this year I had SSHL in my left ear which has made things exponentially worse though my right ear seems OK. The noise sounds almost electrical in nature now in my left ear but hopefully it will fade with some time.
