Try your best not to expect it to get better day by day. Your just setting yourself up for upset. Ear problem progress is usually measured in months not days:)

I know how you feel, but until you start forgetting about your tinnitus it won´t get better. It is there and you cannot do anything for it right now. The only thing you can do is keep your body as healthy as possible and it will get better trust me. I have been suffering for 10 years.

True, it takes months to see progress.
But I was seeing progress in the last few months, and overnight I got a high T again.

It has to do with the nervous system, you are scared of the night because you know you will hear the T louder thus making you get anxiety thus making your T higher. So you need to look forward. There is always hope, have you ever tried to go on healing service (prayer) ?

@PortugalTheMan So if you don´t stress yourself it might go away on it´s own if it´s recent (within 2 Years). If it doesn´t go away your brain will adapt and it will get better or you will habituate if you don´t think of it as something bad.
The brain collects bad experiences and it more wary of them than good experiences.
