Is It a Good Thing That My Tinnitus Changes Frequently?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Paromomycin
      After a few weeks, at times it has gone down to a low hiss. Still noticeable. Other times, a high pitched tea kettle/dog whistle that I hear over everything. Then, only in the left ear do I hear the high pitched ring, and it changes pitches back and forth. And then, that goes away for a while.

      It does respond to medication also. NAC, ibuprofen, Xanax, etc. all seem to lower the intensity for periods of time. Does this indicate it might get better over time? Anyone else experience this? Mine is antibiotic-induced.

      loud noise and very bad sickness
      If it gets lower, than it is a blessing. See how things play out and just avoid loud places...

      Yes, most likely. This is based on my own experience, as well as on the experiences of others I have interacted with on this forum. Be sure to protect your ears from loud noises (e.g., vacuum).
