Talking Underwater

Been a strange few days. My T is spiking pretty badly (probably the worst spoke I've had) but I'm also noticing when I'm speaking it sounds to me muffled/like I'm talking underwater/blocked, but I can hear the other person fine.

Sometimes it also seems reversed and I feel like I can't hear them properly but I can hear myself fine.

I feel fine, no cold/flu etc.

Any ideas?
