Worked for ten hours 5 days ago, I was in a noisy environment almost all the time (about 90dB I think), obviously resulting in a nasty, nasty spike.

What are my chances of recovering?
What could I take after 5 days from exposure? NAC? Prednisone?

My spikes usually last three four days. The last one lasted a week and then my basline changed.

      Did you wear hearing protection?

What was the environment, and what are you basing the 90db off of?

      No, I couldn't wear it

Was a wedding party, I was working as a waiter and a bartender also.

Well the music was kinda loud, but not like a disco

I can't sleep because of this spike! Never happened before, I wish it will settle down and I swear to God I will never ever work at parties again!

Please can someone help me? How can I know if this spike is likely to be permanent?

I don't know, but I would go and see a doctor and see what he/she says.

From what I have read here and elsewhere, prednisone/prednisolone should be taken immediately or within a few days. You could ask your doctor I guess. Also NAC is usually a preventative thing rather than afterwards as the liver takes time to process it into glutathione. But might be worth taking.

In future wear properly rated hearing protection or do not work in a noisy environment - it's that simple. If you have T then avoid loud environments. Work in a library. It's not fair but that's how it is with this dumb condition.

No one can tell you that you are not allow to wear hearing protection! You can buy pretty discreet ear plugs these days. Filtered musicians earplugs allow you to hear properly and give you protection. You can also get custom made ones that are expensive but minimise occlusion effects.
