Thanks to a Hyperacusis Friend in Ghent, Belgium

There was a thread I started about a year ago about all the moves I have had to make starting then, and am STILL making. You all know how hard it is for us to do so many things, like find a quiet and cheap place to live. This is really wearing me out and making me bitter.

Anyways, at that time someone from Belgium replied to my initial post and told me how much he sympathised because he was going through the same ordeal. I printed this post out and just reread it. It has helped me so much to cope. Unfortunately I did not print out the name of this person. I want to take the opportunity to thank this person, if he happens to be reading this, or perhaps someone reading this knows who I am talking about and could contact him to read this post.

Lastly, to the people who started and maintain this site: if you have any doubts as to the good you are doing, let me tell you clearly that this just one incident has really helped. So thanks.
