      I have a static sound in my left ear that is not so bad but I have bad crickets sounds in head. But when I sleep on the left side, at about 4am in the morning the static sound peaks and it becomes difficult to manage and sleep. I am unknowingly sleeping on that side sometimes and suddenly waking up because of the static sound. Any idea why is it happening like that?

      Any suggestions to manage this problem. I think I have a noise induced noise notch in my hearing test at 6k.

      @Madhan ,
      Maybe try Melatonin to help you sleep longer and a visit to your dentist can see if you are gritting your teeth at night that puts pressure on your jaw joint that is by your middle ear causing your tinnitus to spike.
      A mouth guard to wear at nigh can help.
