I had Tinnitus accompany me during a hearing test, (Insert sarcastic expression of contentment here) and as I waited for each sound I heard Tinnitus tell Me HERE I AAAAMM! through the whole test. the Technician gave Me a 100% score, that rules out bad habits of old.
This morning I awoke to the lovely sound of My dog barking outside at the neighbour, in a fury I ran out to the door to summon Him back in, when I returned to bed I noticed My Tinnitus is at a lower pitch and the duration was shortened, as I lay still waiting for it to dissipate as it does, it stopped almost as soon as My head settled, now it takes exaggerated movements for it to return while laying down.
Last night I took a shower and breathed deeply all the steam I could and while in the shower I snorted some water and blew it out as per to clear My nostrils, oddly enough they recommend that for ETD.
