You WILL get through this!!! Don't listen to all the horror stories or people suffering for years!!! It doesn't matter how you get T....eventually it either resolves on its own or you habituate. What you are feeling right now is temporary!!

Awe!! I really needed this today. Have a little bit of a rough go. Pulled a muscle in my neck so I can’t move and I just hear this constant noise in my ear lol.
