Are you still on Nicergoline? If so, is it still helping you?

My T changes regularly, how loud it is, how it sounds, etc. Unpleasant companion.

I have flu and T is very bad now!

nicergoline improves also how I work. Maybe I did have some problems with bloodflow to my brain.

Nicergolin, ginko and selenium keep lowering T, but not as fast as the first two days. Still, I sleep well and am relaxed.

My shrink wants to beat T and gave me Nicergoline to add to my Ginko and selenium. I noticed a significant reduction of noise in only 2 days

Slept a bit better.

started taking selenogin yesterday (selenium + ginko biloba). Is woth a try and it doesn't cost that much.

For the first time had to use masking sounds to fall asleep this night... Hopefully this is temporary spike.

Loud in recent days... :(

new low frequency is infuriating me...

My tinnitus goes stronger or weakens, but since it's in my head and not the ears, it is easier to ignore it

These days, I am hearing it only at night and at low volume... I hope that I keep improving :)

Now it has almost disappeared and yesterday I was so desperate...

new tone just when I got accustomed to the old :( very unfair and nasty.

Sudden spike, mighty annoying

Watched car racing last night... at low volume, it masks T perfectly! And somehow calmed it, now it is very low.

world cup made me ignore T, I was lucky with mild noise, but still feels good, I hope it stays low

recently disturbed me only during the evenings and mornings... spike was temporary. Hope for better days.

so high I almost feel it more than I hear it...
